Clinical Psychology for Adults, Children, & the Whole Family
We care about family, and making a difference to the lives of young people and their parents. We provide personalised psychological assessments and therapy to help children, adults and whole families in Kent and online.
We provide flexible, expert, whole-family support
Flexible
We understand that each individual and family has unique needs. Our team draws on specialist training to offer personalised support, whether online, in-person, or a combination of both. We have no minimum session commitment, allowing you to choose what works best for you.
Expert
Together, we will explore your or your child’s challenges using a process called psychological formulation. This approach combines your insights and experiences with our knowledge of psychological and developmental theories, helping us better understand and address the difficulties you face.
Whole-family
We are dedicated to helping families thrive. Our focus is on helping families by supporting adults or young people and their parents or caregivers. Through the challenges, we help enable deeper understanding of each other, strengthen family bonds, and foster a positive environment for everyone to flourish.
